Perform maintenance and repairs: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and general upkeep Respond promptly to service requests and emergency calls Maintain property cleanliness and curb appeal Manage maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards What You Bring:
High school diploma or GED HVAC experience required;
EPA Type II or Universal certification preferred Prior apartment or multifamily maintenance experience Reliable transportation and basic tools Strong communication skills Willingness to participate in after-hours on-call rotation Ability to walk the property, climb stairs/ladders, and lift up to 25 lbs
