We have an exciting opportunity for a Recruiting Coordinator in the Atlanta, Chicago, Houston, New York or Washington, DC office at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP. We are searching for someone who wants to be a valued contributor and member of a talented and dynamic team of lawyers, paralegals and business professionals.
The Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to Konexo, a division of Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP which provides alternative legal and compliance services including litigation services, investigation support, interim resources, financial services investigation and remediation, contract analysis, commercial contracting, consulting and global legal entity management. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for assisting in recruitment efforts, onboarding and off-boarding all personnel for this group, as well as other functions relating to the Konexo legal professionals.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Uses recruiting tools to run searches and post open positions to identify candidates for various roles. Conducts initial screens for required skillsets. Maintains the Eversheds Sutherland/Konexo job listing website as well as other recruiting sites (e.g. LinkedIn) and provides updates as needed or directed. Schedules interviews, collects feedback and tracks results. Maintains spreadsheets for talent acquisition statistics, and employee retention. Updates and maintains Konexo’s candidate and client database (Bullhorn). Initiates conflicts checks, reference checks, and background checks on candidates. Provides onboarding/orientation support and other administrative needs as the point of contact for Konexo new hires or contract personnel. Coordinates with Technology & Information Services to ensure proper laptop set up for new hires. Submits contractor and vendor invoices for payment. Assists with off-boarding/exit processes, including the collecting of any Eversheds Sutherland/Konexo technology. Researches and coordinates training and development opportunities, as requested. Assists with employee recognition events and awards. Updates various databases, as needed. Participates in creating departmental communications (announcements, newsletters, updates, etc.) Supports ad hoc projects as requested by the Head of Konexo US and the Head of Legal Services – Konexo US. Additional related duties, as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or related field from an accredited college or university is preferred or equivalent combination of an Associate’s degree and experience in Human Resources Two to four years of experience working in Recruiting or a Human Resources Department with in a similarly sized, multi-office legal or professional services organization is preferred. Two to four years of experience working in Recruiting or a Human Resources Department with in a similarly sized, multi-office legal or professional services organization is preferred. Prior experience with temporary legal staffing ideal. Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office Suite with proficiency in Outlook skills are required. Advanced knowledge of Excel, Access and PowerPoint programs. Demonstrated technical knowledge and skills: experience with HRIS systems. Must possess discretion in working with all levels of staff and handling confidential data. Must possess discretion in working with confidential data.
This is a hybrid role and will require on-site presence 3 days per week. The salary ranges for this position vary depending on the geographic location and other factors such as experience, internal equity, market data, and job-related considerations. The range for this position is from $51,700 - $99,200, with offers contingent upon the various factors. The firm’s compensation strategy includes not just a base salary but also comprehensive benefits such as healthcare, paid time off, discretionary merit bonuses, life and disability insurance, retirement plans and tailored learning opportunities.
