As part of the
Business Services Team (BST) , the
Human Resources Business Partner
( HRBP) Southeast
role will support manufacturing locations across a designated region. This role is instrumental in driving organizational change and aligning HR strategies with business goals. The HRBP will partner closely with Plant Managers and operations leaders to deliver hands-on, strategic, and tactical HR support. This includes workforce planning, employee relations, training, and organizational development, all aimed at enhancing employee engagement and operational effectiveness.
Your Impact in This Role
As an
HRBP,
your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Provide strategic and tactical HR support to management and employees across multiple manufacturing sites. Act as the primary HR contact for all employee-related matters, including workforce planning, staffing, and organizational development. Collaborate remotely with corporate and regional HR teams to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices. Track and report on key HR metrics to support business decisions. Support and implement HR programs such as performance management, succession planning, compensation, and benefits. Lead employee relations efforts, including coaching, counseling, and conducting confidential workplace investigations. Identify workforce needs and partner with leadership to attract and retain talent. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal HR policies. Lead or contribute to HR projects and initiatives that drive business performance. Serve as a role model for ethical standards, professionalism, and company values. What You Bring to the Table
Bachelor degree in HR or a related field. Proven experience as a strategic HRBP in a multi-site or manufacturing environment. Glass recycling experience is a plus. In-depth knowledge of employment and wage laws. Knowledge of Workday and ADP payroll is an advantage. Strong consultative and customer service skills with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communicator with project management, and organizational skills. High level of discretion, judgment, and confidentiality. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
