Job Summary: The

Global Wealth and Investment Management Specialist

provides first-contact resolution for account and client onboarding and maintenance processes. This role primarily supports Branch Offices, Client Associates, and the Retirement Benefits Contact Center to establish and maintain brokerage accounts while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines set by the SEC, IRS, and FINRA. Key Responsibilities: Provide quality service and operations support across various functional areas (e.g., opening accounts, data entry). Partner with internal and external clients to resolve issues related to account maintenance. Follow standard procedures while using independent judgment to escalate complex issues. Ensure adherence to compliance and regulatory standards in all operations. Required Skills: Strong decision-making and risk management skills. Demonstrated success in delivering client-focused solutions. Excellent organizational and teamwork skills. Results-oriented and self-motivated. Flexible schedule availability. Superior verbal and written communication skills. 1+ year of customer service or related experience preferred. Desired Skills: Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, and Core Values. Knowledge of SEC, IRS, and FINRA regulations is a plus. Working Conditions: May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
