Role Overview
As a Deployment Manager at myKaarma, you will lead the onboarding and implementation process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signature to successful go-live. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to dealerships, aligning their operational needs with our technology through expert configuration, clear communication, and strong project management.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role that requires a blend of technical aptitude, organizational strength, and people skills. You'll coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Training, Application Setup, Support, Product) and act as the primary point of contact for customers during deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for customers during onboarding and product upgrades. Own and manage the deployment timeline, ensuring all parties stay accountable to deliverables and milestones. Clearly communicate which products and services are included in each customer's deployment and establish a clear training cadence. Coordinate closely with Application Setup Consultants and Training Coordinators to ensure systems are configured and training-ready. Proactively identify risks, escalate issues when needed, and ensure a "no surprises" launch experience. Continuously collect customer feedback and share insights with the Product team to influence future improvements. Collaborate with the Training Director to refine internal and external-facing documentation, processes, and tools. Participate in team knowledge sharing to help strengthen product understanding across departments. What Success Looks Like
Customers are launched on time, fully trained, and satisfied with their onboarding experience. Communication is proactive, transparent, and solution-oriented. Internal teams are aligned throughout the deployment process with no knowledge gaps. Configuration tasks are completed accurately, including setup of Online/Retail Payments, API integrations, User Accounts, and Video tools. myKaarma is continuously improving its onboarding processes based on your feedback and observations. Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Experience using Salesforce for project tracking or customer communications. Proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Sheets, Forms, etc.). Familiarity with the myKaarma platform and Admin Tool (preferred but not required). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deployments simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in SaaS onboarding, customer success, dealership operations, or a related role is a plus. Why myKaarma?
