Culinary Team Associate

Key Responsibilities
Perform various kitchen duties, ensuring high standards for food safety, quality, and prompt service.
Prepare ingredients for cooking and execute cooking tasks such as frying, baking, and grilling.
Effectively manage inventory and maintain kitchen equipment.
Assemble and package food items for presentation.
Skillfully prepare cold food items including salads, wraps, and fruit cups.
Monitor product hold times to ensure top quality and safety.
Keep workstations clean and organized.
Demonstrate knowledge of Chick-fil-A’s brand, menu items, and current promotions.
Assist with opening and closing operations and ensure smooth shift transitions.
Maintain effective communication with teammates and leadership.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, including dining areas and restrooms.
Exhibit punctuality and consistent attendance.
Qualifications
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and perform physical tasks as needed.
Dependable, adaptable, and possess a strong work ethic with a positive outlook.
Minimum age requirement of 16 years at the time of hire.
Strong communication skills with both guests and team members.
Treat all individuals with respect and dignity.
