About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and accomplished Chief Commercial Officer / Chief Revenue Officer (CCO/CRO) to join our team. This role is crucial for driving the strategic and operational success of our organization. As a key partner to the CEO, you will lead the charge in scaling our commercial operations and achieving ambitious revenue growth targets.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing a comprehensive commercial strategy that encompasses market access, sales, and marketing initiatives.
Building and nurturing a high-performing commercial team that embodies excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
Translating vision into actionable plans to ensure the company's success in the competitive biotechnology landscape.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15 years of commercial leadership experience in the medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries, particularly within high-growth, clinical-stage environments. Strong strategic thinking abilities, exceptional team-building skills, and extensive experience in market access and product commercialization are essential.
Qualifications include:
A Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field; advanced degrees are strongly preferred.
A proven track record of success in scaling companies.
Expertise in cell therapy, biologics, or medical device markets, including familiarity with regulatory and reimbursement landscapes.
Strong business acumen, along with experience in managing budgets and P&L.
A robust network within the biopharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences industries.
