As a critical member of our maintenance team, you will: Maintain and enhance a multi-million dollar luxury community, ensuring residents enjoy a quality living experience. Utilize advanced troubleshooting and technical skills to address and resolve issues across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, sewer/water, swimming pool, and security systems. Build strong relationships with residents, assisting with a variety of maintenance issues such as appliances, flooring, cabinets, locks, and drywall in a timely manner. Support the Service Supervisor in developing makeready schedules, inspecting all units to ensure they meet leasing standards. Order necessary supplies and equipment from approved vendors. Collaborate with the service team to maintain exceptional curb appeal throughout the property. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of relevant multifamily or hotel maintenance experience. Proficient knowledge and hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, and general carpentry. HVAC/EPA certification and Fair Housing training required. CPO and CAMT (Apartment Maintenance) certifications are preferred (can be obtained after hire). Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word and Outlook). Training will be provided on software systems for makeready scheduling, ordering supplies, and managing service requests. Exemplary customer service skills are essential. Willingness to be on-call as needed. What Simpson Offers You: Generous rent discounts for team members (20% standard; up to 40% after 3 years of service for on-call team members).
