Compensation:
The expected base pay for this role starts at $28.50 per hour during the training period (6-8 weeks). After training, enjoy competitive earnings through our component pay system, where you're compensated based on miles driven, cases delivered, and stops made. Total compensation may range from $28.50 to $32.00 per hour. Benefits:

Enjoy a work-life balance with a 4-day workweek. Typical days include Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday, with dispatch times from 3:00 am to 6:00 am. You will work until all deliveries are completed, but flexibility is essential as hours may vary based on business needs. About Us:
US Foods® is one of the largest food distributors and is committed to promoting from within. We provide outstanding training programs and emphasize continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Safely operate trucks to deliver products to customers while meeting scheduled delivery times. Unload products using a two-wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, and place them in designated storage areas. Confirm delivery accuracy with customers and obtain necessary signatures. Handle collections and payments when applicable. Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client experiences. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. throughout each shift. Comfortable driving and working in various weather conditions with frequent stops (10+ per shift). Qualifications: Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse. Must be at least 21 years old. Valid CDL Class A license issued by the state of residence, with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications. Minimum of six months of commercial driving experience, or three months of experience in food and/or beverage delivery preferred. Ability to operate a manual transmission is preferred, and may be required in certain locations. Must be able to read and communicate effectively in English, including understanding highway signs, responding to inquiries, and completing reports. Why Join US Foods?
