Position Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in achieving outstanding store performance while supporting the overall branch goals. Your key responsibilities will include organizing products for delivery and maintaining the branch's organization.
What you'll do:
Unload products from incoming shipments.
Load products into outgoing vehicles for delivery, including both customer and company vehicles.
Replenish and relocate products within the branch as needed.
Assist customers with their product selections and provide exceptional support.
Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and methods to enhance business performance.
Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills We Are Seeking:
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
A strong safety-minded work ethic.
Customer-focused with a dependable team-oriented approach.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Experience in the green industry or familiarity with landscaping, hardscaping, nursery, forestry, or irrigation products is a plus.
Experience operating equipment like forklifts, skid steers, or front-end loaders is beneficial.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Compensation:
