We are looking for a dynamic leader to create a customer-focused support organization that champions effective resource planning, management, and reporting, ultimately furthering our teaching, research, and service missions. You will oversee all financial, budgetary, and resource-management activities for the School, serve as the Treasurer of the School of Law Foundation, and manage housing operations along with financial aid services. Your leadership will be key in maintaining the School's excellence and reputation in the field. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a graduate degree in business administration, accounting, or a related area, coupled with a robust background comprising at least 10 years of experience in managing financial operations within a complex organization. A successful track record in budget oversight, operations management, and staff leadership is essential. You should also have experience working closely with a board and staffing board-level committees, along with proven skills in budgeting, financing, and organizational reporting. Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities are paramount, as is the capacity to drive change in a decentralized, consensus-driven environment. While not required, familiarity with fund accounting practices and prior experience in a not-for-profit or academic institution will be advantageous.
