AquaVie is seeking an energetic, knowledgeable, and client-focused Personal Trainer to join our fitness and wellness team! The ideal candidate is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals through customized training, motivation, and expert support - all while delivering the elevated guest experience AquaVie is known for.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized training sessions tailored to individual goals, fitness levels, and health conditions Conduct fitness assessments and develop safe, effective workout plans Educate clients on proper exercise form, technique, and overall wellness Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment Promote personal training packages and build long-term client relationships Collaborate with other team members to support wellness programming and events Qualifications:
Current Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent) CPR/AED certified 1+ years of experience as a personal trainer preferred Strong interpersonal and motivational skills Ability to work with diverse fitness levels and age groups Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, or weekends
