About the Opportunity We’re conducting a confidential search on behalf of a fast-growing, $100M+ ARR SaaS company to hire a

Vice President of Product . This newly defined role will lead the company’s most strategic and fastest-growing product area:

AI-driven solutions built for SMBs . Reporting directly to the CPO and managing a team of ~10–12 (within a broader 35-person product org), this leader will set and execute the AI product strategy, bringing new ideas to market that deliver real impact for small and mid-sized business customers. The company operates in the

marketing technology space

and is investing heavily in next-gen, intelligent tools that align with its mission to help SMBs grow. This is a high-ownership role ideal for a

hands-on product executive or former CPO

who enjoys working at the intersection of innovation, speed, and customer-centric design. Key Responsibilities Lead strategy and execution of the AI product roadmap, aligned with company and customer growth priorities

Drive product development across ideation, design, delivery, and go-to-market execution

Build, coach, and lead a team of product managers while contributing at a tactical level when needed

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams to accelerate innovation

Serve as the internal champion for AI and intelligent product capabilities, especially as they apply to the SMB market

Leverage customer feedback, usage analytics, and competitive insights to prioritize product bets and investments

Ensure products are intuitive, valuable, and aligned with the company’s vision of helping SMBs thrive

Ideal Profile 10+ years of product leadership experience, including experience managing and scaling product teams

Proven success building AI/ML-enabled products, ideally within martech, SaaS, or SMB-facing platforms

Comfortable in fast-paced, early-stage or growth environments; willing to roll up sleeves and dive into the work

Deep empathy for the SMB customer and an ability to simplify complex technology into usable, elegant tools

Strong strategic thinker with a bias for execution and outcomes

Experience reporting to or partnering closely with C-level leadership

Bonus: Prior experience as a CPO or VP of Product at a high-growth SaaS company
