Responsibilities: Engage with customers inside a national retail home improvement store to discuss HVAC upgrades, indoor air quality, and energy savings. Promote free in-home consultations or schedule tune-ups, allowing our expert sales advisors to take over from there. What You Need: Outgoing personality with a passion for customer interaction
Preferred background in retail, kiosk, or sales (not required)
Ability to stand and walk throughout your shift
Availability on weekends and some holidays
Reliable transportation necessary
A clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass a background check
Willingness to attend weekly in-office meetings
