Key Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers both in-store and over the phone, identifying their needs and presenting suitable products. Build trusting relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately and per policies. Meet sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintain accurate work order files and formulas. Retrieve and stock products as needed. Tint and mix products according to customer specifications. Set up merchandise displays and assist with store maintenance. Comply with inventory control measures. Offer suggestions for improving sales. Minimum Requirements: Must be 18 years or older. Must have the legal authorization to work without sponsorship. Must possess a valid Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in retail or customer service. Prior experience selling paint and related products. Experience with tinting and mixing equipment. Proficiency in a second language, especially Spanish, is a plus.
