Job Summary: roposed product is a next-generation, AI-powered tool designed to transform on of the processes involved. The product leverages Gen AI to help one of the technicians work faster. As a UX / product designer on our team, you’ll play a role in shaping intuitive and impactful experiences that support the technician throughout their workflow. Collaborate with designers, researchers, the technical team, and other stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals Apply findings from usability testing and user research to iterate and improve the user experience Create user-centered designs based on business requirements and user feedback Design lo-fi and high-fi wireframes and clickable prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas Ensure consistency with Hinge (Client design system) and Axis (the component library) Be well versed in Figma, FigJam and comfortable working within a large design system"
