Candidates should be detail-oriented and capable of performing hands-on mechanical work in a production and repair environment.

Field Role - Chemical Feed Systems

In the field, the technician will work under experienced personnel to install, service and troubleshoot gas, liquid, and dry chemical feed systems used in water and wastewater treatment. Field work will expose the technician to a range of control systems, chemical metering technologies, and process equipment.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to develop specialized knowledge in the water treatment industry while gaining exposure to both mechanical and system-level service work. Candidates must be able to acquire and maintain a TWIC as well as many site-specific safety training courses for many different industrial entities.

Coordinate with management, inside sales and senior technicians with scheduling to support emergency service calls at treatment facilities as needed. Travel frequently to indoor and outdoor job sites for field service, equipment repairs, or replacements-some projects may require overnight stays to support subsequent days in the field. Perform physical tasks including lifting equipment or boxes (up to 50 lbs.), loading and unloading service vehicles, climbing ladders and stairs, and using power tools such as hammer drills, concrete anchors, and PVC pipe cutters ranging from 1" to 6". Work in environments with rotating equipment and pressurized systems - may involve exposure to heat and noise, requiring use of personal protective equipment with strict adherence to safety protocols at all times. Handle a fast-paced workload with frequent interruptions, shifting priorities and the need for accurate results under pressure. Maintain reliable and consistent attendance, as punctuality is critical for supporting customer operations and team coordination.
