In this dynamic role, you will develop and refine innovative commercial and digital marketing strategies that drive robust business growth across various brands and product lines. You will serve as a strategic advisor and lead a global marketing organization, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and performance. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a technical discipline coupled with a solid marketing background. A minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing expertise, including at least 5 years in leadership roles, is essential. An MBA or Master’s degree is highly desirable. You should have a proven track record of successfully leading large, global marketing teams and have the ability to inspire and empower employees. Key responsibilities include: Enhancing and unifying marketing strategies across the organization Leveraging innovative methods for effective stakeholder engagement Driving brand visibility and recognition for each business unit Monitoring competitive activities and market trends Planning and executing high-impact marketing events Ensuring measurable returns on investment for marketing initiatives The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with outstanding leadership, communication, analytical, and project management skills. This position requires a willingness to travel (approximately 25%) and eligibility to work in the U.S., including access to export-controlled information and source code. The role is remote, ideally suited for candidates based near key locations in Southern California, Columbus, OH, Greater Chicago, IL, or Rochester, NY.
