Year 2 - $18.00 | Year 3 - $18.50 | Year 4 - $18.50 | Year 5 - $19.50 Duties and Responsibilities: Must perform assigned duties with or without reasonable accommodation. Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to your direct leader. Uphold the security and confidentiality of all documents and data. Other duties as assigned. Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases while providing exceptional service. Maintain cleanliness of the store and neatly stock shelves. Provide management with feedback regarding products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues. Participate in store inventory counts and monitor inventory accuracy. Adhere to cash policies and procedures to minimize losses. Stocker Responsibilities: Stock shelves and rotate products to ensure freshness. Follow merchandising planograms to create attractive displays. Organize new inventory and manage empty boxes. Operate machinery and adhere to safety procedures. Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry, and walk throughout the store. Stockers must be able to handle merchandise weighing up to 45 pounds and reach various shelving heights. Qualifications: Minimum age of 18 years. Prompt and courteous customer service skills are a must. Ability to maintain a clean store environment per company standards. Understand and apply company policies and procedures. Excellent verbal communication and time management skills. Knowledge of company products and services. Cashier: Experience operating a cash register. Comply with local and state requirements for handling alcoholic beverages. Stocker: Safe operation of equipment such as electric/manual hand jack, floor scrubber, and cardboard baler. Stocker: Must have morning availability with shifts starting as early as 5:00 a.m. Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
