Purpose
The Laborer position is responsible for safely performing a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor as assigned.
Location: Lexington, KY
Key Responsibilities
Assist with construction tasks as directed by Foreman and team leads. Operate hand and power tools to support project needs. Load and unload materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and organized job site; secure tools and materials daily to ensure safety. Adapt to changing tasks and learn new skills quickly. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Qualifications
Prior experience in construction or related labor work preferred. Basic knowledge of construciton tools, materials, and safety practices. Willingness to work extended hours when needed. Skills and Abilities
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. Physically capeable of lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions.
