Our growing property management company is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role involves performing a wide range of maintenance tasks across a portfolio of commercial and condominium properties located in the Fairfield and New Haven County areas.
Compensation:
$25.50 - $27.50 hourly Responsibilities:
Act as a first line of defense for building repairs. Perform facilities maintenance repairs, including, but not limited to, electrical, HVAC, painting, plumbing, ceiling tile replacement, lighting, carpentry, building equipment, etc. Perform preventative maintenance throughout the building. Execute daily operations to keep commercial buildings and condominiums safe and in working order. Liaison between the Management Company and vendors for specific tasks. Responsible for the daily management of the schedule to complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner. Oversee and manage maintenance projects at commercial and condominium properties in Fairfield County.
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in home maintenance or a related field. Knowledge of home maintenance techniques and equipment. Availability to work nights and weekends as needed. Valid US work authorization.
