Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist where you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer experience! You'll work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs and provide expert guidance on our premium Sherwin-Williams products. Your commitment to resolving customer concerns promptly will ensure maximum satisfaction while helping our store achieve its sales goals. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of client satisfaction. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and recommending suitable products. Building trusting relationships with our customers for enhanced engagement. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with company policies. Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining accurate work order files and product formulas. Preparing products from the sales floor or warehouse to meet customer specifications. Tinting and mixing products as required. Stocking shelves and creating attractive displays to promote our products. Ensuring cleanliness and functionality of store equipment. Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries when needed. Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing. Staying knowledgeable about products and their features to discuss options with customers. Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting improvements for sales growth. Location: You'll be expected to work at stores within an 18-mile radius of the following addresses: 26082 John J Williams Hwy, Millsboro, DE 19966 18585 Coastal Hwy, Unit 9, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 Requirements for this position include: Minimum age of 18 years. Legal authorization to work in the country without the need for sponsorship. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Physical ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred qualifications include: A high school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a retail, delivery, or customer service role. Experience in selling paint or related products.
