The Maintenance Associate is responsible to perform maintenance activities per the Maintenance Program and ensure on-time delivery of equipment in accordance with operational demand. The Maintenance Associate supports initiatives to improve the maintenance-related Cost of Service Delivery (CoSD), Maintenance Efficiency, People Productivity, and Asset Availability within the Center of Reliability and Efficiency (CRE) or Maintenance Base (MB), or Maintenance Center. * Under direct supervision of either a Maintenance Supervisor, or Maintenance Technician, perform assigned higher-level maintenance activities.* Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems, accurately capturing maintenance related data.* Comply with *** and respective division TLM standards.* Maintain and build competency in compliance with the TLM Competency Management System.* Participate in and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.

Length of Assignment • 6 months with potential for conversion to FTE
Work Environment • Casual dress code under provided PPE • PPE provided: hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, coveralls, safety boots
Shift/Hours • Monday-Friday, weekends as needed • 7:00 AM to 3:00-5:00 PM
Interview Process • One round, in-person if local • No formal assessments
