Job Summary The Senior Consultant is a core member of the Strategy team, responsible for leading workstreams on complex, cross-functional projects across Mass General Brigham. They independently develop insights and deliverables, contributing meaningfully to stakeholder management and overall project success.

Key Responsibilities: • Lead multiple complex workstreams or a full project module from design through execution • Drive high-quality analysis to inform strategic recommendations; synthesize insights from complex data • Lead the development of executive-facing deliverables using advanced communication frameworks • Facilitate structured problem solving and hypothesis-driven analyses with limited oversight • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across clinical and administrative domains • Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively escalate issues as needed • Contribute to internal team development through recruiting, onboarding, or knowledge management • Mentor and coach more junior consultants, including project-based oversight at times

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in business, healthcare, or public policy a plus but not required 3-5 years of experience in consulting, finance, corporate strategy, or other equivalent healthcare role Demonstrated ability to lead workstreams and work independently Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Tableau, SQL, or other analytics/visualization tools preferred Knowledge of healthcare data sources such as claims/billing, SG2, CMS datasets, and others preferred Additional Job Details (if applicable)
