Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented
Event Assistant
to support the planning and execution of various events. The ideal candidate will assist with logistics, vendor coordination, setup and teardown, and provide on-site support to ensure each event runs smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events from start to finish
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to confirm event details
Prepare and organize event materials (signage, badges, programs, etc.)
Manage event set-up and breakdown, including decor, equipment, and supplies
Provide support during events, including guest assistance and troubleshooting
Maintain event budgets and track expenses
Conduct post-event evaluations and assist with reporting
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications: Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, or related field preferred)
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
