Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and development initiatives to ensure a strong talent pipeline. Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management strategies. Partner with the safety team to maintain a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture. Support workforce development (WFD) initiatives, collaborating with production and quality teams to enhance training programs. Champion change management, organizational design, and HR best practices. What We're Looking For: •
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. PHR or SHRM certification is a plus. •
Skills & Competencies:
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience managing HR functions across multiple sites is a plus. Ability to execute HR initiatives while handling tactical responsibilities. A problem-solver with a results-driven mindset. Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
