Monday-Friday with rotating on-call shifts, including some weekends and after-hours emergencies

Bubble Down Car Wash is seeking a hands-on, self-motivated Maintenance Technician, to support the performance and reliability of our car wash sites. You'll work alongside our Director of Maintenance and District Manager to learn the ins and outs of our systems and grow your skill set in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

including conveyors, motors, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems Manage site visits and work orders using scheduling software Maintain tools, parts, and site inventory Communicate through company systems, WhatsApp, and email Complete maintenance checklists and safety protocols Follow OSHA/EPA safety standards Requirements

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of industrial, production, or heavy mechanical equpment maintenance experience High mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills Proficient in 4+ areas:

electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, welding, pneumatics, or plumbing Ability to lift 100+ lbs and work in all weather conditions On-call availability with 1-hour response time Knowledge of OSHA/EPA safety practices Employment is contingent on passing a background check

(criminal history and motor vehicle) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with car wash or water systems (RO, reclaim, softeners) Familiarity with diagnostic tools (voltage meters, TDS meters) Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook and basic reporting tools Performance Metrics: Response Time
