Set up, operate, and monitor rewinder machinery for optimal performance Load materials, adjust settings, and calibrate equipment for production runs Inspect materials and monitor output to ensure quality and accuracy Track inventory and manage work-in-progress materials Troubleshoot minor issues and perform routine maintenance Train and support Rewind Assistants and new crew members Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Complete production and quality documentation Collaborate with technicians, supervisors, and quality teams Fill in on additional duties as needed What You Bring: High School Diploma or GED required A minimum of 2-4 years' experience operating a rewinder Solid mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Commitment to safety and quality standards Why You'll Love Working at ProAmpac Work Half the Year!
