Sales Manager.

Responsibilities We are seeking a results-driven

Fleet Territory Sales Manager

to grow our fleet customer base and strengthen relationships with existing commercial clients. This role requires a hands-on sales professional who can drive new business development, deliver solutions for fleet needs, and work closely with internal teams to meet company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive fleet sales growth

by identifying and securing new commercial and municipal accounts while nurturing relationships with existing fleet customers.

Develop and execute a strategic fleet business plan

to expand market presence and increase revenue within assigned territory.

Own individual performance metrics

including lead generation, customer retention, and sales target achievement, while contributing to broader team success.

Conduct regular in-person visits

with fleet customers to assess vehicle and product needs, present solutions, and close deals.

Collaborate with internal departments

(operations, logistics, and inventory) to ensure seamless delivery and service for fleet accounts.

Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

by understanding customer usage patterns and fleet requirements.

Provide insights and reporting

based on customer feedback, competitor activity, and market trends to help inform strategy.

Resolve customer issues

with professionalism and urgency to maintain high satisfaction and retention levels.

Communicate effectively

with both internal teams and external stakeholders; strong verbal and written communication is essential.

Stay informed

on industry trends, vehicle programs, and manufacturer incentives relevant to fleet customers.

Perform other duties as assigned

in support of fleet sales initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience in a competitive market, with a strong emphasis on

fleet or wholesale auto parts sales , particularly within the

aftermarket industry . Prior experience managing

fleet accounts, municipalities, or commercial customers

is highly preferred.

Bachelor’s degree is preferred; formal education in sales, automotive technology, or a related technical field is a plus.

Proven ability to

prospect, engage, and close new business , with a demonstrated history of success working with

fleet operators, commercial vehicle service providers, municipalities, and dealerships .

Strong

negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills

(both written and verbal) are essential for building trust and long-term partnerships with fleet customers.

Excellent

time management and multitasking abilities

in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.

Highly organized with

project management skills

to coordinate large fleet proposals, service agreements, and follow-through.

Self-motivated and able to operate independently with minimal supervision while remaining accountable for results.

Must be a proactive, assertive professional with a

positive, solutions-driven attitude

and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.

Driven by results, eager to grow within our expanding

Parts Authority Fleet Division .

Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel; experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.

General automotive knowledge, especially in

fleet maintenance, vehicle lifecycles, or commercial service operations , is highly desirable.
