Part-Time Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital link between our wholesale and retail customers. Your role is to understand customer needs, provide answers to their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions tailored to them. This position is not only about ensuring customer satisfaction but also about staying informed on product features and upholding the high visual standards of our store. You will be working at Store #2946, located at: 1280 N Flagler Ave, Homestead, FL 33030-4908. Your responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer service through effective sales methods. Engaging with customers both in-store and via phone to assess their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Building and maintaining trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately processing sales transactions and adhering to company policies. Aiming and achieving sales targets on a regular basis. Maintaining accurate records of work orders and formulas. Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse efficiently. Tinting and mixing products as per customer specifications. Stocking shelves and creating eye-catching displays. Ensuring cleanliness and functionality of store equipment. Assisting with delivery tasks when needed. Keeping assigned areas organized and presentable. Staying knowledgeable about our product offerings and communicating options available to customers. Adhering to inventory control procedures and suggesting sales improvement strategies. Minimum Requirements: Age of at least eighteen (18) years. Legal authorization to work in the country without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future. Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Completion of all required HR Cloud eLearning courses for your current position if internal to Sherwin-Williams. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Experience in selling paint and related products. Background in operating tinting and mixing equipment.
