Interior Project Manager (Luxury Res) | 100k + Bonus & Paid Benefits | New York, NY
Your new role
This boutique Interiors Construction Management client is looking for skilled luxury residential Project Managers. You will be responsible for leading interiors Project Management from A-Z with a variety of NYC single-family and multifamily project profiles. With an established list of projects valued between $5-25m, you can expect similar budgeted work. If you have the required project background, I encourage you to apply sooner rather than later as they are looking to interview and staff up asap!
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of interior construction, including scheduling, budgeting and QC - Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets - Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, vendors and all stakeholders for success - Manage project resources, including personnel and materials - Ensure compliance with all relevant NYC regulations and codes - Monitor progress, limit risks and resolve issues as they arise - Ensure that all work is completed to the highest quality
Requirements
- Architecture or Interior Bachelors degree preferred - Minimum 3 years' experience with a residential general contractor/construction management firm - AutoCAD or Revit and Bluebeam experience - Strong knowledge of interior construction methodology, millwork, material finishes and codes - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Experience working on construction projects in New York City is a must
