Westaff is looking for a Forklift Operator in the Devens, MA area for Immediate Start!
Shift: Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm + OT ability to train on our 1st shift 7a -3p. The training period is approximately 4 wks. however, if the person catches on quickly, it could be less than 4 wks. This would be a temp to perm opportunity.
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour + $1.25/hour shift differential
As a Shipping Loader/Forklift Operator, you will utilize a powered forklift to handle corrugated material, load and unload goods & scrap, inspect and report forklift defects, and store/load units correctly for future delivery to customers.
Requirements: 2 - 3 years of Forklift experience. Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate effectively. Basic math skills and must be able to read a tape measure. Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality. Ability to function as a mature professional individual, who interacts positively with teammates. The willingness to function effectively in a team environment and tackle any task required for the success of the team. Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment. Be available to work overtime if requested.
