MAU is hiring an Electronic Controls Technician for our client,

a worldwide leader in automotive and industrial solutions,

in Cincinnati, OH. As an Electronic Controls Technician, you will provide electrical and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation support for blending processes, high-speed packaging lines, and facility infrastructure.

Shift Information

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Required Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent 5+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred Education and Experience

Vocational or technical school diploma/certificate Electrical certifications or industrial electrical experience Experience in high-speed manufacturing (e.g., consumer products or food and beverage)

General Requirements

Controls experience required Knowledge of Allen Bradley PLCs, Logix 500, Studio 5000, PLC 5, Versa Views, Vega Gauges, RSView, Siemens PCS7, and WinCC Working knowledge of liquid filling and metering systems Proficiency with 120v and 480v equipment Experience using Maintenance Connect Capable of walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and prolonged standing Ability to use applicable safety equipment

Essential Functions

Troubleshoot and maintain PLCs and HMI systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens, RSView, etc.) Support conveyors, palletizers, filling equipment, and high-speed packaging lines Install and maintain piping systems using various fittings Operate and maintain facility systems including hot oil heaters, air compressors, and fire pumps Assist contractors with permitting and task direction Respond to after-hours call-outs and maintain tank level systems Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks Maintain clean and safe working environment Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the client
