Line Cook
to join our culinary team. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality dishes in accordance with club recipes and standards. This role requires a team-oriented individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food preparation in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities Prepare menu items according to recipes, portion controls, and plating standards Work assigned station(s) during service (grill, sauté, fry, salad, etc.) Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work area, kitchen equipment, and tools Assist in daily prep work and stocking of stations Follow food safety regulations and club kitchen procedures Communicate clearly and respectfully with fellow cooks and kitchen staff Assist with banquet prep, special events, and off-menu requests as needed Qualifications
1-2 years of experience in a professional kitchen preferred (country club or upscale dining a plus) Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen safety practices Able to follow directions and work quickly and independently or as part of a team Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time ( up to 5 hours) and lift and carry up to 50 lbs Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a clean and professional appearance ServSafe Certification preferred Must pass a background check Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly wage range: $16 - $19/ hr (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance (for eligible employees) Meals provided during shifts Uniforms provided Golf and club amenity privileges Opportunities for advancement within the culinary team Schedule
Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Shifts may vary based on club dining hours, events, and seasonal needs
