Your responsibilities will include: Greet customers upon their arrival and make them feel appreciated. Assist customers with their purchases by accurately ringing up merchandise and handling cash transactions. Communicate customer concerns and compliments to management effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with questions and guiding customers to products. Maintain a neat and organized checkout area, ensuring it is clear of clutter. Help with creating appealing merchandise displays as directed by management. Follow established safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment. Report any safety hazards or potential losses promptly to the Loss Prevention Manager. You’ll thrive in this role if you: Have the ability to deliver high levels of customer service. Can accurately handle cash and perform basic math operations. Are able to follow instructions and work independently. Understand and adhere to safety rules. Are willing to operate a pricing gun and cash register.
