Mechanical skills:
·
Able to understand, use and explain the operation of any and all machinery/equipment in the facility.
·
Understand, use, repair machinery/equipment, component parts, and machine controls on machinery/equipment, including sensors, safety interlocks and emergency stops,
·
Use precision measuring equipment as necessary including calipers, gauges, micrometers, metric and American tool .
·
Add, subtract, multiply and divide. Understanding of decimals.
·
Accurately record numbers on checklists .
·
Able to stand and walk on a concrete floor for on a continuous basis for the duration of the shift; climb industrial stairs and ladders and work .
·
Able to work in awkward positions and tight spaces. Plan all work to avoid strains and other injuries.
·
Use all ladders, including extension ladders safely.
·
Physically able to bend/stoop/squat/crouch/kneel/twist/climb/crawl/ and balance as necessary.
·
Able to frequently lift, carry, push and pull objects of various sizes and up to 50 pounds from one level to another at varying heights.
·
Plan how to lift, and ask for assistance in lifting heavy and/or awkward loads.
·
Work indoors and outdoors as assigned.
·
Note-
Mold change , welding , grinding , pipe fitting , basic electrical , basic hydraulic fitting . He must know forklift drive .
