Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Analyst

The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain Analyst will oversee and manage the overall supply chain and logistics operations to maximize efficiency and minimize the cost of the organization's supply chain.
Responsible for championing and developing a sustainable culture of continuous process improvement in all areas of the overall supply chain business. Responsible for identifying, managing, supporting, and facilitating business process improvement activities designed for product procurement, delivery/distribution, CAPEX management, and repair/asset management. Develop Supply Chain strategies to increase customer satisfaction, reduce cost and optimize the supply chain network. Manage, develop, and monitor relationships with key suppliers and resolve any issues. Manage end-to-end equipment supply chain to ensure product/equipment availability at 1000+ field locations for smooth business operations. Report department's KPIs and performance metrics. Perform ROI and cost/benefit analysis of new opportunities and present findings. Reduce operational/CAPEX expense by increasing redistribution of existing inventory and reducing repair costs. Achieve targeted savings for defined activities/projects related to product, processes, and services. Work collaboratively with business leaders to lead and develop a continuous improvement culture. Develop presentations, summarized to the appropriate level (CEO, COO, VPs). Drive, decide, and consult on continuous process improvement in close interrelationship with business owners and key users within the procurement organization. Expertise in project management, procurement related processes, systems, and tools. Work, collaborate, and drive activities in a decentralized environment. Education
and Experience:
Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in supply chain management or a related field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related position.
Employer will accept one (1) year of additional experience for an unrelated degree.
Must have (5) years of experience with:
Developing and executing an inventory plan for a portfolio of products and parts that worked with a large-scale company based on demand, actual orders, network lead times, and Safety Stock. Managing equipment/product orders, end-to-end supply chain to ensure product availability in a large-scale nation-wide operations setup to minimize distribution cost. Logistics route planning and network optimization in centralized and regional distribution, parts collection for manufacturing with large scale (nation-wide distribution) product/parts and delivery/collection and RMA reverse logistics planning. Reviewing Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and managing inventory parts for production /repair facility safety stock, work-in-progress, and in-transit inventory to review on-time parts inventory availability for production/repairs build plan. Strategic sourcing for manufacturing/repair center operations and supporting annual Capex/budget for a large-scale company. Utilizing SQL and analytics tools, including Tableau, Power BI, and Data Studios, MS Excel to analyze large scale data, develop dashboards, and create operation/KPI reports. Managing vendor/supplier to qualify and establish working relationships with suppliers, evaluating Key Performance Indicators, including on-time-delivery (OTD), cost, and quality of service.
