Jonathan Club
The Houseman is responsible for the following:
Demonstrate a comfortable knowledge level of FB and banquet set ups
multi-functional duties related to guest service
setting up and breaking down events from a houseman duties stand point as well as cleanliness
Working alongside the rest of the front of the house members to create member and guest satisfaction in a high end environment
Reporting to the Food & Beverage management, Captain and Housemen supervisor
Requirements:
Comfortable knowledge level regarding product and property's information. Proficiency in verbal and written English. Ability to communicate professionally with clients when needed. Demonstrated willingness to learn and work. Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic knowledge of event's spaces and capabilities for fitting set ups. Understanding inventory of chairs, tables, furniture pieces and any other items used for events.
