Job Summary
:
Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Specialist Robots is responsible for a variety of responsibilities including conducting planned maintenance activities, tracking freezer downtime, conducting startup/shut down procedures, programming robots and all interfaces, and ensuring robot activities are performed according to procedure while observing all safety regulations and ensuring GMP and quality standards are met to maintain the efficient flow of production. You will be onsite located at the Conagra manufacturing facility. Starting pay up to $24.74 per hour and Attendance Bonus! ($0.50 for first shift, $0.60 for second shift, and $0.70 for third shift)
You will:
Complete and participate in Planned Maintenance and Drumbeat activities
Track and record all downtime, damages and reasons for Robots
Perform shut down/startup procedures
Program VRT drives following proper procedure
Visually inspect equipment to ensure it is operating according to standards making adjustments
Complete centerline inspections to identify defects
Grease seals and bearings, clean, inspect, and replace belts
Assist mechanics with minor repairs, replacements, and modifications to equipment
Assist mechanics with Planned Maintenance
Teardown equipment for changeover/sanitation
Complete daily paperwork
Keep work area free from debris to maintain a safe and efficient production process
Participate in production line drumbeats
Responsible for robot interfaces including mechanical, electrical, and electronic
Participate in driving improvements and 5s activities
Participate in center-lining of robots and changeover procedures
Operate robot controls and load pallets in dispenser with a forklift
Ensure photo eyes and lasers are not blocked and make adjustments
Modify programming menus (e.g., UL numbers, case numbers, dispensers)
Clear jams and restart robots
Perform robot cell startup procedures
Troubleshoot and resolve freezer, robot and shrink wrapper issues
You Have:
Knowledge of Plant safety, GMP's, confined spaces
Knowledge of Safety Data Sheets
Be LOTO/PIT certified
Knowledge of freezing systems
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of maintenance or related experience required.
