About the Role:

A leading consulting firm is seeking a seasoned professional to join its Health & Benefits practice as a Senior Consultant. This role is ideal for someone with deep expertise in Taft-Hartley plans and public sector benefits, who thrives in a client-facing, strategic advisory capacity.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to multi-employer (Taft-Hartley) and public sector clients on health and welfare benefit strategies. Lead complex client engagements, including plan design, vendor selection, compliance, and cost management. Analyze claims data, funding arrangements, and plan performance to develop actionable insights. Collaborate with actuaries, legal advisors, and internal teams to deliver integrated solutions. Present findings and recommendations to boards of trustees, union representatives, and public agency leadership. Stay current on regulatory developments affecting multi-employer and public sector plans (e.g., ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, PEPRA). Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development efforts. Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting, with a strong focus on Taft-Hartley and/or public sector plans. Deep understanding of collective bargaining environments and trust fund governance. Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver high-impact results.
