Overview
JOB SUMMARY: Supervises the day-to-day maintenance activities of a GSF division to ensure that GSF and division objectives for efficiency, economy, quality, and productivity are met or exceeded.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Schedules and supervises the safe day-to-day activities for 3 shifts of facilities staff to assign and expedite work order processing, efficient project completion, and implementation of other policies and procedures and to ensure work is performed in compliance with established guidelines for safety and productivity (30%)
Schedules and monitors 24/7 maintenance of facilities support, related equipment, and spare parts inventory to ensure maintenance standards are met, to minimize down-time, and to meet production schedule requirements. (30%)
Communicates with facilities staff and other employees to disseminate standards and ensure compliance with GSF and regulatory agency standards. (20%)
Design and supervise projects to enhance company productivity and r educe downtime. (15%)
Performs other related and assigned duties as necessary (10%)
Monitors the budget to ensure that departmental costs are within plan. (5%)
LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Supervises 10 to 20 Facilities, Sustainability, and Wastewater employees.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Education and experience equivalent to:
Education/Certification:
Up to 18 months of post high school education in engineering or electronics from an accredited vocational, technical, or junior college
Experience:
3 to 6 years of relevant more experience.
