What do we need?

We are seeking highly motivated, eager individuals to support our Hospitality team as Interns during the Fall semester. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and possess excellent customer service skills, as well as exceptional oral and written communication skills. Some tasks include greeting external clients, assisting internal clients with catering orders and room set-ups for firm events and meetings, and performing various administrative tasks. This is a fully in-person internship.

How will you make an impact? Working with the firm's front desk team to assist with reception, answering telephone calls as needed, taking accurate and complete messages for those who are unavailable. Assisting with guest registration and entry to the firm, promptly greeting all incoming guests in a friendly and professional manner, and guiding guests to meeting spaces as needed. Helping to maintain a neat and organized reception desk and front lobby area. Assisting with Hospitality team administrative tasks, including placing catering orders, expense reporting, submitting invoices, arranging restaurant reservations, and other related tasks. Assisting the hospitality manager with internal meeting support, firm event planning, and other related duties. Supporting the reception area Barista Bar as needed. Ordering and stocking supplies as needed. Performing other administrative duties as requested. What will you bring to the role?

Prior customer service experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills desired. Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment. Strong attention to detail with an ability to complete projects and assignments. Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.

The pay rate for Hospitality Interns is $18.00 per hour.
