Location : Home Base Phoenix

Geographic Responsibility:

Mountain Region (AZ, NM, Southern NV (Las Vegas and Henderson), UT, ID, MT, and WY

Reports to : Surfaces Western Regional Sales Director

Position Summary : Responsible for Mountain Region sales. Represent LX Hausys in AZ, NM, S. NV and distributor accounts in Mountain Region. Manage 4 direct reports in region. Implement strategic marketing and planning with partners to grow HI-MACS, Viatera, and Tercanto sales and market share. Uphold the LX Hausys way.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a schedule for visiting key accounts, while keeping it flexible for unforeseen occurrences that must be handled immediately.

• Keep existing accounts updated with current promotions, new products and discontinued products.

• Support fabricators with samples and literature.

• Keep eyes and ears on the competitive Quartz and Solid Surface manufacturers. (pricing, promos, inventory, etc.)

• Support manager by following up on commercial leads with fabricators, implement programs to help drive sales.

• Support fabricator warranty issues.

• Maintain and distribute my sample allotment on a monthly basi

• Manage Salesforce.

• Find new account possibilities and follow up on any lead big or small.

Qualifications:

Listed below are the minimum and/or desired qualifications of the position including education, work experience and knowledge & skills that are required to perform satisfactorily in the position:

Education and Work Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in business, sales, or marketing is beneficial but not required.

• Knowledge of key customers within the territory is preferred.

• Sales and strategic business development management expertise in interior/building materials business.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Ability to work independently and maintain a level of organization

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)

• Energetic focus on sales and business development

• Ability to be creative and a problem solver

Physical Demands:

• Position requires regular interaction with customers and clients.

• Position requires sitting and working on a computer for at least 1/3 of time.

• Position requires minimal lifting up to 70 lbs .

• Position requires regular and reliable attendance.

• Position requires travel up to 90% within the territory and rest in home office.

• Overnight travel is determined by Regional Sales Manager.
