Wellbyrd - Graphic Designer

Position Overview
As our Graphic Designer, you will produce high-quality visual content that elevates the Wellbyrd brand and supports marketing, communications, and in-spa promotions. You'll work closely with our marketing, operations, and design teams to transform ideas into compelling assets that resonate with our wellness-seeking audience.
Key Responsibilities Branded Collateral
Design digital and print materials: social media graphics, website banners, email templates, brochures, posters, and signage. Ensure consistency with Wellbyrd's visual identity-typography, color palette, iconography.
Campaign Support
Collaborate on marketing campaigns by creating visuals that drive engagement and bookings. Adapt designs for multiple formats (web, mobile, print).
UI/UX Collaboration
Partner with UX/UI and front-end teams to craft interface elements and in-app graphics when needed.
Motion Graphics & Multimedia
Produce short animations or GIFs (e.g. in After Effects) for digital ads and social channels.
Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing both digital and print work. Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign-and After Effects for motion graphics. Strong understanding of layout principles, typography, and visual hierarchy. Familiarity with responsive design considerations for web and email. Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills. Self-starter attitude with the ability to take direction and work independently. Nice-to-Haves
Experience designing for health, wellness, or hospitality brands. Basic HTML/CSS skills for slicing and exporting web-ready assets. Knowledge of accessibility best practices for print and digital media.
