: $20/hr.

Schedule

: 8 AM - 5 PM | Monday - Friday

Requirements

: Bilingual in Spanish + High school diploma + At least 1 year of call center or customer service representative experience + Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service through in-person, phone, email, and web interactions. Communicate with on-the-road employees, resolve customer issues within guidelines, track and document concerns, and handle refunds. Maintain account files, process payments, and enter new subscription accounts into the system. Generate work orders for drivers, ensure missed stops and pick-ups are completed, and run credit checks on new customers. Maintain records, scan contracts, and assist with the Affirmative Action log. Promote a positive company image and ensure the customer service area is neat and compliant with regulations.
