Job Description
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Maintenance Manager and/or Facility Manager to establish a program to eliminate downtime in trouble areas. Repair production equipment safely and as quickly as possible after a breakdown Work on assigned projects Fabricate and install new equipment Maintain machinery according to Preventative Maintenance Program Troubleshoot equipment Utilize safe work habits Wear appropriate PPE Comply with all NOV Company policies, guidelines, and procedures Comply with all HSE policies, guidelines and procedures Comply with all Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures Other duties as assigned JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to work overtime and shift work as required Standing up to 12 hours daily Walking up to 12 hours daily Bending/Stooping up to 12 hours daily Repetitive Movement (shoveling/sweeping/fastening) up to 12 hours daily Lifting weights up to 50 lbs. regularly Push/Pull up to 12 hours daily Travel less than 10% EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent Background in fabrication, mechanical, and electrical repair with the use of shop tools. A forklift license is preferred
