HelloFresh is seeking a Manager, Social Media & Content, to help establish best-in-class social and content strategies, piloting and creating exciting new content concepts on existing and emerging platforms, and overseeing community management for HelloFresh's growing brand portfolio. The Organic Social team serves content to an audience of over 5MM consumers on owned social channels alone.

Own organic strategy (primarily on Reddit, Meta, TikTok, and Youtube) and business outcomes for HelloFresh, Green Chef, EveryPlate, and Factor_ brands. Use data and constant experimentation to optimize and report on performance across all platforms. Lead creative execution for major brand campaigns, partnering with internal and external partners to deliver innovative and disruptive social-first content. Partner with Brand and Growth Marketing teams to ideate and deliver on social aspects of campaign briefs. Monitor and engage in conversations about HelloFresh and its brands across social platforms, forums (e.g., Reddit), and review sites (e.g., Trustpilot), ensuring timely, authentic, and brand-aligned responses. Proactively identify community sentiment, emerging trends, and customer pain points by leveraging social listening tools and direct interactions. Build and nurture relationships with online communities, advocates, and influencers to strengthen brand trust and loyalty. Develop playbooks for community engagement, including tone of voice, escalation protocols, and content strategies tailored to community-driven platforms. Support Reddit strategy development by monitoring target audience behavior, identifying high-value subreddits, researching competitor activity, and surfacing key trends, products, and customer pain points worth engaging around Post original, thoughtful content and replies in relevant subreddits to spark discussion, share brand expertise, and authentically engage with Reddit communities Develop and manage branded subreddits (as needed), including seeding high-quality posts, engaging early users, and maintaining community guidelines as a moderatorWork cross-functionally with Customer Experience & Support teams, SEO, and Communications/PR to ensure alignment on community engagement, reputation management, and content opportunities. There are potentially millions of eyes on your work each day, so it must be pitch perfect At a minimum, you have... 5+ years of social media experience, preferably at a large D2C brand or agency working directly on a large D2C brand. Proven experience developing innovative social media strategy (content and campaigns) at previous brands. Experience managing influencer campaigns, or working with influencers directly. Expertise with a wide range of social platforms and forums, including Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and Twitter. Hands-on experience capturing and creating culturally relevant content (Memes, GIFs, phone-captured video content). Experience with paid marketing channels and running Paid Social campaigns, like Paid Social, SEM, Display, CRM Experience with data storytelling, social listening, and brand performance tracking. Experience working with an in-house creative team (briefing, art-direction, asset management, etc) Experience with social media publishing tools (Sprout Social, Hubspot etc.) and social listening tools (Talkwalker, BrandWatch, Synthesio, etc.) You'll get... New York Pay Range

$120,000-$130,000 USD
