Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections
and maintenance
on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
Preventive maintenance
to extend the lifespan of equipment.
Diagnose
mechanical, low voltage electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
, and perform necessary repairs.
Assist in the
installation and setup of new machinery and equipment
, ensuring proper operation and safety compliance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Navigate, maintain, and improve Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) processes.
Essential Skills
Troubleshooting
mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Repairing
gearboxes, bearings, chain-driven conveyors
, and
low voltage electrical systems.
Familiarity with safety precautions related to electrical systems.5
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $60320.00/yr.
