We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Customer Account Representative
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting our clients' needs through proactive communication and problem-solving. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, working closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Manage client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention. Process and track customer orders, inquiries, and service requests. Coordinate with internal departments to address client needs promptly. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Maintain accurate records of client communications and account details. Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in account management, customer service, or related roles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
