Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated individual with experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to and complete work orders

Perform apartment turnover tasks

Participate in rotating on-call shifts ($150 weekly premium for the weeks you are on call, additionally you are paid a time and a half rate for any emergency calls plus travel time)

Conduct property inspections and routine preventative maintenance

Assist with snow removal and other seasonal tasks

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all duties

Requirements

Ability to lift 30–60 lbs regularly; occasional heavy lifting required

Must be able to stand/walk for long periods and perform manual labor

Strong independent work ethic and customer service skills

Must live within 30 minutes of Portland, ME and have valid

driver’s license

and reliable transportation required
